The Hamburg School recently updated their gymnasium which included new flooring, bleachers and paint. To finish off the project, a new performance sound system was installed.
Our solution included JBL CBT column loudspeakers which provide full-range coverage for the entire room. A pair of subwoofers under the stage enhance low frequency and can be moved, as needed.
A pair of Community Veris series loudspeakers on stage provide monitors for the students. All of the loudspeakers are powered by Crown amplifiers with built-in processor.
The entire system is controlled by a QSC TouchMix-16 which is a compact digital console. The staff can recall presets, add effects and control the entire show from an iPad.
Two Shure BLX wireless microphones were added along with the eight channels of existing wireless the school currently owns.
Microphone and line input plates at the front of the stage make it easy to connect a wired microphone or iPod for music playback.
The system was installed ins just two days by our integration team and is used daily by the staff.
